In an era where the Master Chief Collection and many other Halo-branded games have made their way to Steam, fans are hoping that Halo 5 can be released on PC. However, 343 Industries has officially confirmed that they will not be bringing this game to PC.
Details about the PC version of Halo 5 have surfaced in a leak from Nvidia Geforce Now. The GPU maker confirmed the accuracy of the leaks, but a 343 Industries representative weighed in, claiming that Halo 5 will not have a PC port in the near future.

Director of Community Management Brian Jarrard shared on Twitter: “The leak may be for H5: Forge, but I can confirm there are no plans to bring H5 to PC. We know there is fan demand for it. H5, but this is not possible because the studio is completely focused on Infinite and MCC. Halo 5 may still be available on PC, but that will no doubt be sometime in the distant future.”
