Baldur’s Gate 3 won big at the Golden Joystick Awards 2023

Baldur’s Gate 3 won in the categories of best story, best visual design, studio of the year, best gaming community, PC game of the year, and best game of the year. Actor Neil Newbon, who plays Astarion, also received the award for Best Supporting Actor.

This is the only time in the 41-year history of the Golden Joystick Awards that a game has earned seven wins across all categories.

Final Fantasy 16 took second place with awards for Best Sound Design and Best Actor for Ben Starr, who plays Clive Rosfield.
