Capcom has revealed a ton of new information about Exoprimal, including the open beta date, Deluxe Edition content, and the battle pass. Exoprimal’s release date was leaked just hours before it was confirmed at the Capcom Spotlight event. This information is just the beginning of Capcom’s Exoprimal announcements of the day. And Capcom will let fans experience Exoprimal a few months before the game arrives.
Exoprimal is the upcoming multiplayer shooter from Capcom in which players take on the role of an Exofighter, fighting against hordes of mutant dinosaurs controlled by artificial intelligence. The timing of the game’s open beta has also been revealed. Players will be able to experience Exoprimal for themselves from March 17-19. The beta will include new classes that were not present in the closed beta.
A Deluxe version of Exoprimal was also announced. The regular version is priced at $59.99 USD on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. The Deluxe version is priced at $69.99 USD. For a higher price, owners of the Deluxe Edition will receive a Heart Start Kit that includes three skins and an unlocked Survival Pass battle pass.
The Exoprimal Battle Pass is called the Survival Pass and it will include free rewards available to all Exoprimal players and rewards locked after a certain fee. The first season of the Survival Pass will give players the chance to own 19 different exosuit skins, 10 weapon skins, as well as various emojis, stickers, stamps, etc.
Other information shared during the event included a trio of Exosuit skins appearing as rewards for players who pre-order, and confirmation that Exoprimal will be available on Xbox Game Pass on launch day. Exoprimal will launch on July 14 on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
