Besides the manga/anime that has ended or lasted for a short time, there are famous brands that have come a long way with their fans. While the characters never age, the illustrators age just like their drawings, so the characters also indirectly “have” changed their appearance over the years.

The most surprising change is probably the name of the main character in the Neko Musume series by author GeGeGe no Kitaro.
