Diablo 3 is about to update the new “play alone” mode

Diablo 3 announced a new single player mode in its next big update. While the attention of the Diablo community is focused on Diablo 4, the latest installment in the series, Blizzard continues to update Diablo 3 with new content on a relatively regular basis.

Diablo 3 announced patch 2.7.6 PTR and introduced a new Solo Self Found single player mode. The update will be available on the Diablo 3 test server starting August 15. In Solo Self Found mode, players can experience Diablo 3’s Campaign and Adventure modes for themselves and will not have permission to use features in multiplayer. However, Rebirth is the only exception that players can still use in Solo Self Found mode. Additionally, this mode will feature a leaderboard with the same mechanism as the leaderboards in other Diablo 3 game modes.

On the official Diablo 3 website, the developer commented that many players have requested single player mode for a long time. But this is not the only new feature of the update, the 2.7.6 PTR patch will adjust the balance of some classes in Diablo 3, fix bugs, improve quality of life and adjust the Paragon limit. After Diablo 3 Season 28 launched in February, the 2.7.6 PTR patch revealed that Season 29’s theme would be “Visions of Enmity” and provided some details about Diablo 3’s final season.

With Season 29 considered to be the final season of Diablo 3, Blizzard will be shifting its focus to Diablo 4. While Diablo 3 Season 29 does not have a specific release date yet, the game’s official website claims that it is time. August 29th. Therefore, Diablo 3 Season 29 will probably start in the first half of September.
