Introduction

Digimon World: Next Order Walkthrough

Hello, my name is Denise (alias Silica) and I love the Digimon series and I like to play Digimon games every now and then (but I am not a passionate fan though). I saw that there has been a demand for a walkthrough for this specific game for a long time, so that is how I ended up playing this game. Digimon World Next Order is a role-playing game set in an open world environment. The game was originally released on PlayStation Vita. Later it was also released on PlayStation 4. The story is about a high-school senior preparing for college exams. Addicted to Digimon games as a kid, this hero is transported back to the Digital World for a new adventure.

Each time a Digimon trains, Fatigue increases. They are in danger when their Fatigue level is over 50%. Give them a rest, or let them sleep.

Warnings about the Field

From here on out (outside Floatia), Digimon will appear that attack you as enemies. Enemy Digimon react when you approach them. They will chase you, and touching one will start a battle. A Digimon that doesn’t react may be one that’ll come to the city. Talk to them with , or get close to trigger an event.

City Prosperity and DigiMail

The wild Digimon decided to join the city. Now let’s find some partner Digimon and bring them back. Also, the DigiMail mark appeared in the lower right corner. A notice will display whenever a DigiMail is delivered. Open your Digivice with Digimon World: Next Order Walkthrough and try reading your DigiMail.

Find Ingredients and Materials

There are points in the field where ingredients drop and materials can be found. This area (Nigh Plains) has an ingredient (Digistalk) and a material (Metal). Now, try getting some ingredients and materials. Touch ingredient or material circles to display a confirmation window. You can press to take the item.

Mushrooms, fruit, and other ingredients will drop in the field. Gather as many as you can to stave off your partner Digimon’s hunger. Materials aren’t too useful at first, but they’ll be needed to develop the city later on. The amount you can have changes depending on the Stamina of your partner Digimon. When you return to the city, they are automatically placed into city storage.

World Connections

This world is vast, and contains a multitude of areas, each of which is split into several smaller areas. The farther you go, the stronger your enemies become. You must build up the strength of your partners. For now, let’s go to Nigh Plains and get used to living with your partner Digimon.

Digimon Battles (Continued)

In battle you can use items to help your partners. Use the tactics menu to flee or change targets.

Press Digimon World: Next Order Walkthrough to open the Item Box. [Note] Time will be paused while the box is open. You can select items by moving up and down, and press to throw that item to a partner. You can look at both L and R partners with this open. Select an item to give that item to both partners (uses up two items). Press or to change focus and use items individually (uses one item). Toss the right items to partners depending on the situation, and give yourself a big advantage in battle.

Press to open the tactics menu. [Note] Time will be paused while the menu is open. Here you can confirm who is targeting who, or abandon the fight and flee. If you choose to flee, you will be returned to the entrance of the Sub-Area. Press or to view individual commands. The top command indicates automatic MP usage in battle, and the bottom command determines the targeted enemy. Switch these depending on the situation and dominate in battle.

Order Power at Battle Start

OP gained in battle will not carry over to the next battle. It will reset to the base value every time. The base value of partner OP at the start of battle increases the higher your Bond is with your partners. What’s more, if you battle a lot in a short time, you will gain five bonus OP for each partner. The more OP you have at the start, the more decisively you can fight. Use this to your advantage.

Tamer Skills

Use TP and try out some skills. As your Tamer level increases, you get TP. Use TP to acquire various Tamer Skills.

Acquire Tamer Skills here (Digivice Tamer menu). When leveled up, press Digimon World: Next Order Walkthrough or select Digivice > Tamer > Get Skills at any time. There are four systems in Tamer Skills, and three to five sub-systems within these. Switch between these systems using or and to switch sub-systems. Press to look within a sub-system. Here you will be able to see the skill trees. Gaining a skill is not possible until the skills before that one have been acquired. Press on a skill panel to acquire a skill.

You learned a skill. You can also save TP without spending it. If your Tamer level reaches maximum, you will definitely be able to acquire all skills, so learn the ones you need.

Fishing

Press at a fishing area to start fishing. Try choosing the first lure. You can give yourself more choices by collecting more lures.

When a fish comes close, the buoy will twitch and a exclamation mark (!) will be visible. Press to pull the rod. If you try to do this before the exclamation mark appears, fishing will be interrupted. If no fish come nearby for a period of time, fishing will automatically stop. The exclamation mark will disappear after a few seconds. If that happens, fishing has failed. When fishing fails, you will lose time. Press with the right timing for successful fishing. You will get any fish you catch. Even when successful, you will lose a little time.

You caught a fish. The fish you can catch depends on the lure and the location, so try out new things.

Battle

Battle flow

The flow of battle works as follows.

  1. Start of battle: Collide with a Digimon on the field map to commence battle.
  2. In battle: Your partners will automatically fight based on your battle tactics. You can give orders and items to them for support.
  3. Victory or defeat: Win the battle and you will earn Tamer EXP and Bits. Your partners will also grow. If the HP of both partners hits zero, you will be defeated and taken back to Floatia.

Orders

Press the button in battle to open the Order Ring for partner L or the button for partner R. Use to move the cursor and press the button to issue the order and define an attack skill for the partner. The Order Ring closes after five seconds.

Giving orders consumes a defined amount of Order Power (OP). Your partner’s OP at the start of battle is the same as your Bond value with them. You can boost it by issuing Support to the partner. The OP value is reset after every battle.

Moves

Open the Order Ring to select moves. There are five types of moves.

Items

Press the Digimon World: Next Order Walkthrough button in battle to display a list of usable items. Select an item and press the button to use the item on your partner. Press the and buttons when the list is being shown to change the target partner, and press the Digimon World: Next Order Walkthrough button to change the display order.

Escape

Select Escape form the Tactics screen and press the button. You will see a window confirming that you want to escape battle. Select Yes and press the button to flee and return to the entrance to the local area. Fleeing battle makes your Bond and DigiFriend stats go down a little.

Status abnormalities

Some attack skills have sub-effects that may give status abnormalities to your opponent. Status abnormalities are healed after the end of battle or with a Remedy Disc. There are seven abnormalities.

Attributes

Each Digimon and attack move has its own attribute, and the way they interact with each other affects the strength of moves. The effect depends on the attribute of the attacker’s skill and that of the Digimon being attacked. The relationships between attributes is shown in an attribute relationship chart.

Once the required conditions are met, your partners will Digivolve into a new, more powerful generation. The conditions involved include the Digimon’s stats, number of Training Failures, weight and Discipline. To see how close they are to Digivolving, select History on your Digivice or go to the Digivolution Dojo in Floatia.

Care

You will need to take care of your partner’s food, toilet and sleep needs. If you cannot address a need in time, this will trigger a Training Failure and lead to assorted negative effects. Try to address their needs as soon as possible.

Stats

Go to Status in your Digivice’s Partner menu to see all of the current stats. How well your partner can fight in battle depends on the following stats. You can increase each individual battle stat in the Training Hall.

Your partner’s mood and fatigue levels will change depending on how you treat them.

Communication

Your partners may try to communicate with you. When this happens, select to Praise, Scold or Ignore them and press the button. You will see the results of this. Your Bond, DigiFriend level and the partner’s Mood or Discipline will change accordingly.

Bond

You and your two partners will be more effective in battle if you have stronger relationships with each other. The greater your Bond is, the more Order Power (OP) you will have. The greater the DigiFriend level between you and your partners, the more they will help each other out. Bond and DigiFriend levels change based on communication, food, sleep and more.

Main Story

Legend of the walkthrough

To make the walkthrough clearer I have provided it with a legend.

Prologue

When you first start the game, you can select a difficulty level. The available difficulty levels are.

  • Easy: For those new to the world of Digimon.
  • Normal: For those familiar with the world of Digimon.

After that, you can select the main character’s name and gender. You can choose between “Takuto” and “Shiki”. You can keep the default name or give your character another name. Once you are done, you will see a conversation and then the tutorial will begin.

You get the following tutorials: Digimon Battles and Mega’s Order ExE.

After the battle, you get to choose two Digimon partners. To get an idea of which Digimon you are going to get, I have added the first few stages in the table. You can choose from the following DigiEggs.

After choosing your two Digimon partners, you go to Jijimon’s house to tell your story.

Chapter 1

You read more about the main storyline, part 1.

Koromon gives you the following items.

  • Portable Toilet x2
  • Bandage x3
  • Recovery Disc x5
  • MP Disc x5
  • Regen Disc x3
  • Digistalk x10

Talk to Tokomon. He offers to show you around Floatia. Accept his offer (or do not accept if you already know the information). Tokomon explains the available facilities of the Town Square. During the explanation you get Meat x10 from Tanemon. After the basics, Tokomon enters the Training Hall to explain how this works. You get the following tutorial: Training Hall.

After you have finished your training, exit the Training Hall. Tokomon explains the last things in the Town Square. Leave the area to go to the Nigh Plains.

Nigh Plains – Vast Plateau

You start at the Vast Plateau sub-area. You get the following tutorial: Warnings about the Field. Walk towards Patamon to trigger an event. A battle starts. After you win the battle, Patamon joins the city.

You get the following tutorial: City Prosperity and DigiMail. You receive a new DigiMail. The DigiMail Main Folder contains the mails with information and quests for the main story. The Subfolder contains mails with other information and side quests. You have two emails in the Main Folder. The first DigiMail is from Jijimon with the information that you can ask the Botamon at his house for information if you need any help. The second DigiMail is also from Jijimon with the request to bring Digimon from the Nigh Plains to town.

When you go back, you end up at Jijimon’s house. The Patamon that joined you has set up a Warehouse and the city’s prosperity has increased.

Go back to the Nigh Plains. Take the path to the left and you will get the following tutorials: Find Ingredients and Materials, World Connections and Digimon Battles (Continued).

Defeat the Goblimon that blocks the route in order to continue. After you win the battle, you will get the following tutorial: Order Power at Battle Start.

Let’s start recruiting. The Digimon that are available to bring to town in the Vast Plateau sub-area are: Tentomon, Palmon and Biyomon.

Tentomon is the easiest to recruit. Say “You piqued it!”, buy his Recovery Disc for 100 Bits and Tentomon joins the city.

Talk to Palmon and say “No problem!”. Palmon wants a Cheerful Apple, a Digistalk and a Salty Fruit. You can collect these items in the Vast Plateau sub-area. The Cheerful Apple looks like a red apple, you can find one under a tree. The Digistalk looks like a gray mushroom, you can find one at the gray rock walls. The Salty Fruit looks like a white cube, you can find one under a tree or near the waterfall. If you have trouble finding the items, leave the area and enter the area again to make the items respawn. Bring them to Palmon once your done. After that, Palmon joins the city.

Biyomon is learning how to fly. However, she is not ready for this yet and cannot be recruited at this point.

After recruiting both Tentomon and Palmon, go back to town. You end up at Jijimon’s house. The Tentomon that joined you has set up an Item Shop, the Palmon will improve your Fields and the city’s prosperity has increased. Your Tamer level will go up for the first time. You get the following tutorial: Tamer Skills.

The goal for right now is to bring the Digimon scattered around this area back to the city. Jijimon has collected information about the Digimon outside the city’s borders. Talk to Botamon to hear about the things they have learned. Botamon tells you that a bug-type Digimon (Wormmon) has been spotted in the forest in Nigh Plains. There is another Digimon (Numemon) in that forest. So your next destination is the Forest Path. Take the northeast exit in Vast Plateau to get there.

Nigh Plains – Forest Path

The Digimon that are available to bring to town in the Forest Path sub-area are: Wormmon and Numemon.

If you follow the path, you will meet Numemon first. Numemon wants 5 Green Digistalks. You can collect these items in the Forest Path sub-area. The Green Digistalk looks like a green mushroom, you can find these under the trees. Bring five of them to Numemon. After that, Numemon initiates a battle. After you win the battle, Numemon joins the city.

The next Digimon you meet is Wormmon. Talk to Wormmon and say “Use it for fishing line.”. He needs a Strong Branch in order to make a fishing rod. You can find one in the Forest Path sub-area under a tree near the exit to the Vast Plateau. The material spot sparkles with rainbow colors. Bring him the item, he gives you the Fishing Rod and Wormmon joins the city. Now you can go fishing. There are special fishing areas where you can fish. Once you visit one, you get the following tutorial: Fishing.

After recruiting both Numemon and Wormmon, go back to town. You end up at Jijimon’s house.

After you win the battle, Meramon lets you pass. He will not immediately join your city, but he joins automatically after a few days.

When you cross the bridge there are two Digimon with an exclamation mark. OmniShoutmon cannot be recruited at this point. Kyubimon is Taomon’s third and last guard. Kyubimon challenges you to solve a problem. If you get the answer right, the clones will disappear and you have to fight Kyubimon alone. If you get the answer wrong, then you will have to fight Kyubimon and his two clones. Say “The answer is nine! It is the real you!” to the left Kyubimon to get it right. You can also give the middle or right Kyubimon this answer to fight all three for more Tamer EXP and Bits, if you are strong enough. After you win the battle, Kyubimon lets you pass. Summary of the story

Warning: This section contains spoilers that are not covered!

Chapter 1

Part 1

Machinedramon attacked the city of Floatia for no reason, so Jijimon build a trap (another dimension) to capture the Machinedramon. You were sucked in by the Digivice and fell into the dimension Jijimon created. And then your partners in the Digivice defeated Machinedramon.

The phenomenon of a Machinedramon getting violent and then disappearing has occurred several times, in many areas. Multiple Mega Digimon are doing damage. You get a small amount of information from the Tokomon that was the Machinedramon. Jijimon asks you if you will help bring back the residents that fled from the Machinedramon attacks.

Part 2

After you bring back a few residents, Jijimon asks you if you can check out the other humans that are transported to the Digital World. The witness reports are coming from the south of Nigh Plains.

Part 3

There you meet a girl named Himari and a boy named Kouta. They cannot explore further, because there is an aggressive Digimon in the way. They decide to go to Floatia.

Part 4

Himara and Kouta decide to help you, because they also want to get back to the real world. Jijimon asks them if they want to act as bodyguards. Jijimon has been building a device to detect the presence of Machinedramon. Jijimon asks you to find Taomon to help him finish the device.

Part 5

You visit Taomon and you try to motivate Taomon to help with Jijimon’s request. Himari comes to help you convince him. Taomon decides to grant you a single chance and gives you a Illegal Seed. You need to plant that seed in a place where it will not be disturbed by Digimon, observe what happens in 24 hours and report back.

Part 6

The Digital World is equipped with a self-cleaning feature to prevent data corruption. If it was functioning correctly, an unclear object like the Illegal Seed would not be able to take root. As the seed grew into a strange flower, the self-cleaning function is broken. It is unknown if the Machinedramon were caused by the malfunction or the malfunction was caused by the Machinedramon. Jijimon decides it is best to keep working on the detector. Taomon offers to help Jijimon.

Part 7

After a while, the Machinedramon Detector is ready. The detector did not pick up any signs of Machinedramon, but there are indications of an alien data wave in Server Desert. Himari’s Digimon Rikka has Digivolved. Himari offers to protect the city, Kouta leaves to train some more and you are going to figure out the alien data.

Part 8

You find an unconscious girl in the desert. When she comes to, she introduces herself as Luche. Machinedramon destroyed the city and Luche went to get help, but she got knocked out. She says she saw a strange guy who did something to a Shoutmon and turned it into a Machinedramon. Kouta’s Digimon Yukimura Digivolves. You are going to help fight the Machinedramon. Kouta is not strong enough to defeat the Machinedramon. You take over and start a fight against Machinedramon.

Part 9

After you defeat Machinedramon, the abnormal Machinedramon data has gone. A gate has opened and Kouta decides to take Shoutmon and Luche back to Floatia.

Part 10

Shoutmon says there was a human in a knitted hat. Then he felt like something was changing inside him. He does not remember anything else. Luche remembers that the man with the hat said something about Mameo. There is a fifth human in the Digital World. The Digivices transported trainers to the Digital World. These Digivices were prizes from a tournament. The fourth winner of the Digivice is called Shoma Tsuzuki. You do not know whether Tsuzuki and Mameo are the same person, so Himari suggests to search him to find out. Taomon says the next time you detect an abnormal data wave is a change to capture Mameo.

For now you have to wait for an abnormal data wave to be detected. Jijimon asks if you could resume your search for city residents in the meantime. Kouta and Himari decide not to participate anymore. You will help Jijimon further.

Part 11

Himari’s Digimon Rikka Digivolved again. The Machinedramon Detector received a signal coming from the northern part of Server Desert. Kouta will stay behind to defend the city and you will go to the Server Desert to check things out. Taomon will open the gate to get you back safely.

Part 12

Himari is already there waiting for you. You see the guy with the hat. It looks like he uses an egg on Gotsumon causing him to turn into a Machinedramon. The guy flees, Himari goes after him and you stay behind with the Machinedramon. A battle starts and you defeat this Machinedramon.

Part 13

The guy’s name is not really Mameo, but you can call him Mameo. He says you have got him all wrong. He admits he has something to do with it, but it is not what you think. He explains that the network between the Digital World and the real world has disconnected. You have to restore the connection before you can return to the real world. Mameo was trying to get rid of the curse. A man wanted to rule the Digital World, his plans were thwared, so he left behind a curse. The curse forces Digimon to turn into Machinedramon. Mameo used the Digital Dive method to get to the Digital World to try and help the Digimon affected by the curse. Mameo’s partner was reincarnated as a DigiEgg.

Kouta and Luche come running. The detector has been getting a new signal. The reading is massive. Suddenly you are surrounded by Machinedramon. A mysterious Digimon appears and defeats a Machinedramon with a single blow. A gate appears just in time and you use it to flee.

Chapter 2

Part 14

You are teleported to an unknown place. A woman introduces herself as Mirei Mikagura. She summarizes the important things. What attacked you was the Enforcer. It is under the infuence of the “Brain Hack Program”. This virus illegally hacks into a Digimon’s brain and alters its behavior, including sudden violent tendencies. Mameo thinks his partner has been infected too. It is not yet clear who is behind this.

Mameo says you have to warn the Digimon about the BH Program. He will accompany you to town. You go back to town. Jijimon thinks that Omegamon Zwart D, the Enforcer, has been infected. He says that if someone made this virus, there ought to be a way of making an antivirus program to counter it. Discovering the hacker behind the BH Program would be a great step forward as well.

Part 15

When you leave Jijimon’s house, Mameo is waiting for you. He gives you a Prototype Antivirus Program. He tried injecting it into a Digimon that was about to be altered, so it would not become a Machinedramon. It did slow down the process, but it could not stop the transformation.

Part 16

Kouta struggles, worrying that he is the only one getting left behind. Luche and Yukimura try to encourage and reassure him. He thanks them, but he says that he wants to be left alone for a while. Yukimura is also suffering because he cannot Digivolve.

Part 17

Himari tries to get in touch with the real world, but her attempts are in vain. She asks you if you want to go back home to the real world. You need to find out about the BH Program to move forward.

Part 18

Himari is upset that she cannot go back to the real world and takes it out on Jijimon. Kouta says he understands Himari, he also feels awful about being stuck. Mameo offers to reassure them with you. You go talk to Himari and Mameo goes after Kouta.

Before you go, Jijimon wants to explain the situation. They have found a way to determine if someone has been infected by the BH Program. When they tried testing the method on the townspeople every single one of them tested positive. The time the BH Program lies dormant varies from victim to victim and they cannot yet detect when it is about to flare up. Since the virus can take hold of all Digimon about anytime, you are in grave danger.

Part 19

Himari said to Rikka not to come near her and she ran off. Rikka asks if you can help to find Himari.

Part 20

When you meet up with Himari, something is wrong with Rikka. Her form is altering. You need to help Rikka or she is going to turn into a Machinedramon. You fight Rikka and after the battle you use the prototype antivirus on her.

Part 21

Himari explains that she wants to go home to take care of her sisters, since they do not have a mother to take care of them. When things in the Digital World kept getting worse, Himari took it out on Rikka. She apologizes to Rikka. Rikka claims she is fine now that you saved her by using the prototype antivirus program on her. The sad thing is that it can only delay the onset, not prevent it completely. Then Rikka Digivolves. Taomon’s gate appears. Himari thanks you for everything and takes the gate back to the city.

Part 22

After helping Himari, you meet up with Mameo and Kouta. Kouta trains Yukimura too hard. Mameo asks if you can put a stop to it. Kouta says he does anything to get stronger, even if that means altering form. Yukimura’s form is altering. Kouta encourages him to knock the curse into submission. Yukimura Digivolves. You try to use the prototype antivirus program on him, but it is no use. You fight Yukimura.

Part 23

After the battle, Yukimura turns back into a DigiEgg. You use the prototype antivirus program again and it seems effective. Kouta feels like he is inferior to the others in both the Digital World and the real world. He does not really know what he wants to do in life, while others have dreams and goals. At the point that Koute was struggling to find something, he got summoned into the Digital World. As a result, he did not treat his partner well and he regrets that now. Taomon’s gate appears. Mameo suggests to let Yukimura get some rest. Mameo and Kouta take the gate back to the city. A mysterious figure appears. He notes that the antivirus program opens up new possibilities for altered Digimon and then he disappears again.

Part 24

Mirei is also at Jijimon’s house, since it became possible to send and receive video signals again. The changes to the Digital World stems from the spread of the BH Program. Mirei tried to look into ways to solve the problem. Jijimon informs you that the antivirus program is getting close to completion. Apparently Mameo made a new one with the new test data and gave it to Taomon.

Mameo says that the only problem is that you do not know how to spread the antivirus program through the entirety of the Digital World. Jijimon suggests to transmit the antivirus program from Server Tower to spread it everywhere. Mirei warns that the network is not function properly and you have to fix it first. In order to pinpoint the damaged area you need to ask Digimon from all over for information.

Part 25

Mirei has drawn a map of the cables of the network. Taomon checks the knowledge of Machinedramon appearances against Mirei’s cable map and he is able to determine the location of the trouble spots accurately. You receive a Repair Kit from Jijimon. The spot in need of repair is within Faulty Ex Machina.

Part 26

There you use the Repair Kit to fix the damaged cable. Mirei checks the network and comfirms that it is restored. Now you only need to transmit the antivirus program.

Part 27

It seems you cannot use the antivirus program, because all Digimon have a different data makeup. Taomon and Jijimon cannot alter the program to make a vaccine that automatically changes to fit its target. Jijimon suggests to ask Datamon for help. Kouta has heard that Datamon has been seen on the Nigh Plains. Mirei asks you if you can find Datamon.

Part 28

You find Datamon, who is being harassed by MetalEtemon. MetalEtemon uses something on Datamon that activates the virus. Mameo interferes and tells you to use the antivirus program. But before you can do it, MetalEtemon decides to order Datamon to fight you.

Part 29

After the battle, Mameo uses the antivirus program on Datamon. Datamon does not know MetalEtemon and does not know why he was targeted. Mameo takes Datamon back to Floatia.

Part 30

Datamon wants to assist with the optimization of the antivirus program. Datamon needs a little while to figure it out. In the meanwhile, the others continue their preparations. Someone needs to confirm that Server Tower is functioning properly so that you can use it as the transmitter. Himari offers to do it.

Part 31

While checking the Server Tower, a Digimon appears. The Digimon introduces himself as Titamon. He enhanced the BH Program and transmitted it to the entire world. The forms of your partner Digimon are altering. Your antivirus program is useless now. But to make sure it does not work, Titamon is going to destroy the tower. Luche appears and interferes. She uses the optimized antivirus program. Now you can fight Titamon.

Part 32

Titamon will not allow anything to get in the way of his plans so he activates his self-destruct. A gate appears and Omegamon Zwart D comes out of it. He defeats Titamon, but after that he goes on a rampage. All you can do now is run. The tower and all the equipment is totally ruined. Taomon’s gate appears and you go back to Floatia.

Chapter 3

Part 33

The transmission center is offline, so you cannot transmit the antivirus program. The BH Program has been enhanced and it is much more infectious now. It is not just Digimon within the Cable Complex getting it. The BH is seeping into the soil. It is pointles to cut the network cables since the ground itself is infected. For now, you are protected by Taomon’s field, but the field will not last long. Luche suggests that you float the city. Jijimon thinks it is possible to equip the city with extra features to make it float. All Jijimon needs is more resources, the help of other Digimon and your help.

Part 34

After you bring back more new residents, Jijimon says that they are ready. Someone has to manually cut the cable so that the city can float. Whoever cuts the cable will need to leave the city and be ready to fight off any enemies that might attack. Once the cable is cut, you can return to the city via the gate that is camouflaged as a telephone box.

Part 35

You want to let your partner cut the cable, but you are interrupted by MetalEtemon. You fight MetalEtemon and its companions PlatinumSukamon.

Part 36

After the battle, MetalEtemon flees with its PlatinumSukamon. Mirei reminds you that your main priority is getting the city off the ground. The plug for the cable is directly below the city center. You send your partners there. After they cut the cable the city starts floating.

Part 37

One of the new Digimon in the city seems to have been infected with the updated BH Program. The antivirus program worked, so the infection is not spreading. The others are wondering if Mameo let the infected Digimon in. Mameo claims that he is innocent, but offers to leave the city. Kouta thinks it is dangerous and Himari suggests someone can monitor him. Kouta goes with him. Before Mameo goes, he says if you believe in his innocence you should come to Nigh Plains.

Part 38

At Nigh Plains Mameo says all the hubhub before was staged to flush out the real traitor. Because Mameo is not 100% sure who the traitor is he does not want to give out a name. Mirei is feeding the suspect false information. She is saying that there is an incredible secret weapon at Bony Resort. Mameo and Mirei have set a trap in Bony Resort.

Part 39

MetalEtemon is trapped in your trap. MetalEtemon roars to summon Omegamon Black D. You fight Omegamon Black D.

Part 40

After the battle, you use the antivirus program on Omegamon Zwart D. MetalEtemon seems to know Luche and Mirei only mentioned the Infinity Cross (secret weapon) to Luche, so the traitor was Luche. Three gates appear and a human and two Digimon come out. The boy’s name is Shoma. His two partners Digimon take out Omegamon Black D with a single shot. Shoma says they have gotten the data sample that he needs for the updated BH Program. He mentiones that he will work on finishing the AR Plan. He wants to control all worlds and to create a massive new world. Shoma takes Omegamon Zwart D and leaves through the gate.

Chapter 4

Part 41

Mameo mentiones a new plan called Project Reincarnation. Reincarnation is a codename for the plan to bring about the rebirth of the Digital World. Taomon want to return the world to a state of pure data, purge it, and let it be reborn anew. You need Omegamon Zwart D for your plan. Shoma needs Omegamon Zwart D for his plan too. The AR Plan is a grand plan to tear down all the gates that keep the parallel world apart. You need to get Omegamon Zwart D back from Shoma to stop the AR Plan and make the Reincarnation possible. Yukimura Digivolves. Jijimon wants to let Mirei in on the plan first. She ought to turn up at his house once she has analyzed Luche’s data. Meanwhile, you need to keep populating Floatia until the plan is ready to go.

Part 42

Mirei has finished analyzing Lunche’s data. Luche’s body highly resembles that of a Digimon. The stuffed animal that Luche is holding contains a netwerk signal and transmits data. The things you have spoken about were transmitted via Luche’s stuffed animal. The animal also contained a program that is the root virus, but Mirei ran antivirus software and purged it. Mirei promises that you will thwart Shoma and right the wrongs he inflicted. You can use Luche’s stuffed animal to find out where Shoma is. You need to follow the trace and pinpoint his network coordinates. Taomon and Mirei can open a gate right to him. Project Reincarnation is up to Taomon and Datamon, while Jijimon, Mameo and Mirei pinpoint the signal coordinates.

Part 43

Floatia is now capable of launching Project Reincarnation. If you insert Omegamon Zwart D as the core his purification power should bring about a total purge. Taomon can load the Digital World into the town and after the purge, revive it as reborn data. You need to migrate the data somewhere else for a time. Mirei has nearly pinpointed the address that Luche’s toy was transmitting to Shoma’s location. The place is Singular Zone, where the Digital World’s deleted data ends up. This place seems fit to migrate all the data to as well. Kouta and Mameo will go to the Server Tower to retreive the Digital World’s backup data. Taomon, Luche and Mirei will open the gate to the Singular Zone. Himari will defend the town and you will go to the Singular Zone to get Omegamon Zwart D.

Part 44

Mirei says that you can still send and receive signals from within the Singular Zone. She will analyze the data from your Digivice in real time and follow you to help you out.

Part 45

At the core of the Singular Zone, Samudramon and Kuzuhamon (Shoma’s partner Digimon) block the way. Samudramon wants to attack you. Kuzuhamon stops him and says the AR Plan is in its final stage, so they have no time to fight you. Samudramon asks Kuzuhamon what they should do with you. Kuzuhamon assures him that measures are being taken and she summons a bunch of Digimon. Samudramon and Kuzuhamon leave you behind with the summoned Digimon. Kouta and Himari appear to fight the Digimon so you can pass.

Part 46

You continue to the next area, where you fight Sumadramon and Kuzuhamon. After the battle, Samudramon lets you pass and says you can see the new world for yourself. Kuzuhamon says you are too late and that you can no longer stop the AR Plan. Mirei encourages you to go and stop the AR Plan.

Part 47

Kouta and Himari show up, but their partners are badly wounded. Shoma uses Ultimate Altered Digivolution to Digivolve Omegamon Zwart D to Omegamon Alter-B. Omegamon Alter-B can smash open all the gates between the parallel worlds. The AR Plan, the Advanced Realm Plan, can now be executed. This plan is Shoma’s revanche to those who crushed his dreams. Shoma created the BH Program to make all Digimon and the Digital World into altered forms. He wants to convert it all into energy to feed Omegamon Alter-B. Omegamon Alter-B is gathering energy. Mirei begs you to stop Omegamon Alter-B.

Part 48

Mameo appears through Taomon’s gate. Apparently Mameo crushed Shoma’s ambitions. You use the antivirus program on Omegamon Alter-B and thus you stop the AR Plan. You take Omegamon Alter-B and Shoma back to town to see if Reincarnation is possible. Jijimon starts the Reincarnation. Shoma feels remorse now that he is freed from the curse. Luche’s memory is now back too. She remembers being a Digimon and meeting Shoma. Luche used to be Shoma’s partner. Back in the tournament Shoma saw he could not win from you and he cheated. Shoma modded his partner’s data and won the battle, but he felt awful. Because Shoma modded the data his partner did not revive, so he discarded his partner and raised a new DigiEgg. He lost his way, influenced by the curse, and wanted the ultimate Digimon. Shoma apologizes and he is forgiven by everyone.

Everything is finally settled. The Reincarnation is a succes. It is now possible to return to the real world. You promise that when the Digital World is reborn, you will all meet there again. Mirei summons a gate, Taomon and Jijimon say their goodbyes, Yukimura and Rikka say goodbye to their tamers, Luche says goodbye as well and you leave through the gate.

Chapter 5

Part 49

Everything is back to normal. Your Digivice reboots and you can go back to the Digital World. There you see Himari, Kouta, Shoma and Luche again. The Digital World is back to the way it should be. Time in the Digital World is different from time in the real world. When Himari got home it was as if nothing had happened. Kouta suggests saying hello to Jijimon. Omegamon Zwart D is Shoma’s new partner. He took Omegamon Alter-B on as his partner, after he was reborn as a DigiEgg.

Part 50

Jijimon confirms that the Digital World is back to normal. Taomon is grateful to you. Mirei says you all saved this world. Shoma’s effort to make up for his mistakes is making an impression on the Digimon. Jijimon says he will be forgiven someday. They have a party to celebrate.

Postgame story

Part A

Shoma says he needs to talk to you and you go outside. Shoma says the Digital World is facing a new threat. When the Reincarnation was starting, he and Mirei closed the gate that leads to the Singular Zone. Some corrupted data that was floating around in the Singular Zone seeped into this world. Mirei found a little Digimon and Shoma followed that Digimon, but he could not capture it. The Digimon stopped moving, trying to Digivolve. At that point they started detecting a growing transformational energy. Shoma asks you to check it out with him.

Part B

In the Singular Zone Shoma points to the Digimon he was referring to. Shoma feels that something is wrong. The Digimon (Keramon) Digivolves into Chrysalimon. After the Digivolution Chrysalimon attacks you.

Part C

After the battle, Chrysalimon flees. Shoma notes that, based on the fight, Chrysalimon did not seem to be that strong. He feels like it is still not showing off its full power. Shoma thinks the Digimon wants to Digivolve again. You better find it and fast.

Part D

Chrysalimon looks different because it Digivolved again (into Infermon). Before your eyes it Digivolves again into Diaboromon. Shoma notes that it is Digivolving at an incredible rate. After the Digivolution Diaboromon attacks you again.

Part E

After the battle, Diaboromon got away again. Shoma thinks he knows where it ran to. He suggests to head there.

Part F

In the Dimensional District Devimon tells you that Shoma and the others have already left. It seems that Diaboromon got in when Devimon should have been able to prevent it. Diaboromon broke through the dimensional pathways. The portal is still open and you go after him.

Part G

You find it and it Digivolved again (into Armageddemon). Since it is at its final stage, this is the last time. Armageddemon is acting strangely. It called in reinforcements. Shoma takes on the reinforcements and you take on Armageddemon.

Part H

After the battle, Shoma says that you are really amazing. He has to take care of his Digimon Noir (Omegamon Alter-B) first, but Shoma asks you if you could fight with him once more. When the time comes, he will be ready.
