Disney Speedstorm confirms its free launch in September

Disney Speedstorm will officially end its early access period and will launch for free on September 28 on PC and console. The racing title launched on April 18 as Early Access with three separate premium versions, each with different bonuses.

The game was always planned to be released as a F2P game. “Since the launch of Early Access, we have received invaluable feedback and support from our amazing community of players, who have contributed to the improvements made,” developer Gameloft said in the Early Access period.

Gameloft continued: “The move to free-to-play will also allow more players the opportunity to experience exciting cooperative racing and competition. We look forward to continuing this journey with you as Disney Speedstorm enters this exciting phase.”
