In September, EA revealed that it had reached a deal to create several new games based on Marvel products, starting with Iron Man being developed by Motive Studios (the studio behind Dead Space Remake and Star Wars Squadrons).
The publisher confirmed that the deal with Marvel includes “at least three new action-adventure games” in a press release published Monday. Each game will tell its own story in the Marvel universe and will be released on Console and PC.

“We are longtime fans of Marvel and their impressive leadership, so this is a great time for both developers and individuals,” EA COO Laura Miele told EA players and fans. We welcome Marvel to join the EA family of creators and understand that this partnership will create exceptional experiences for our players. Everyone at EA can’t wait to see the reactions of players as they transform into Iron Man and do the extraordinary things that he does.”
Motive’s third-person single-player Iron Man game is in pre-production. The project’s development team is led by executive producer Olivier Proulx, who previously produced Guardians of the Galaxy with studio Eidos Montreal.
