EA's new magical FPS game will be released in July

The release date for EA’s magical first-person shooter Immortals of Aveum appears to have been leaked. The game was first announced at The Game Awards in December. It is the debut title from Ascendant Studios, which is scheduled to release under the EA Originals brand in 2023. A release date for the game has not yet been revealed. Until recently, a reliable data miner named billbil-kun announced that the game will be available on July 20th.

Immortals of Aveum is built on Unreal Engine 5 and is scheduled to release on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. The first trailer introduces Immortals of Aveum, an innovative magical single player first person shooter set in a magical fantasy universe rife with conflict and on the brink of oblivion.

Ascendant is an independent studio based in San Rafael, California and founded by Bret Robbins, who served as creative director for Visceral Games’ Dead Space project, as well as its Call of Duty, Sledgehammer, Modern Warfare 3, Advanced Warfare and World War 2…

According to the studio’s website, Ascendant is home to a team of the industry’s top talent who have worked on numerous BAFTA and GotY award-winning productions including The Walking Dead, Marvel’s Spider-Man, Borderlands and The Wolf. Among Us, Mafia, Tomb Raider, Gears of War, Metal Gear Solid, The Elder Scrolls, Call of Duty, Dead Space and Bioshock.
