The LPL immediately implemented a full-scale investigation of all players. players, coaches and tournament managers of 26 Esports teams in LDL, a second-tier tournament aimed at developing young talent for the LPL, and the results of the research have recently been announced.

Consequently:​

  • FPX Bo was banned from competing for 4 months from March 2, 2021 to July 1, 2021 for cheating on LDL.

  • TT Teeen was suspended for 4 months, from April 22, 2021 to August 21, 2021, for a cheating match in LDL.

  • TT bless was banned for 12 months from April 22, 2021 to April 21, 2021 for 2 cheating matches in LPL and 1 cheating match in LDL.

The three players mentioned above had their sentences reduced due to their proactive cooperation during the investigation process. Additionally, they are not allowed to live stream League of Legends during the ban period.

Depending on the severity and number of violations, LPL organizers have imposed different sanctions on other LDL players, the most common being a ban of 3 to 24 months. Additionally, 12 people, including coaches, assistant coaches, managers and players, must be permanently banned from competing.
