Sumo Digital released a new trailer for Hood: Outlaws and Legends on Wednesday. This multiplayer action game will revolve around class missions that require players to defeat AI-controlled opponents and enemies.
This PvPvE setup is very familiar to the action game series, but the difference between Hood: Outlaws and Legends lies in the goal of finding and stealing treasure. The new trailer shows off the game’s 4v4 setup as two opposing gangs compete in a race to locate the treasure, find the keys to unlock it, and claim the loot.
Just like in Hunt: Showdown, players just need to wait for the opponent to do everything and wait in ambush at the hidden treasure location. Ambushes can even be set up in each hidden treasure area, where defenders must contend with pursuing AI enemies. The trailer also provides an overview, combat and stealth abilities of the four classes in Outlaws and Legends.
In addition to the benefits of successfully carrying out a treasure heist, players can use money to upgrade their base, thus unlocking new abilities and changing their character’s appearance with fashion items.
Hood: Outlaws and Legends will launch on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S on May 10.
