Although it is only a month away from the time of release, a section of computer users still have a lot of questions about Windows 11. One of the biggest problems is the new TPM 2.0 requirement of the operating system to protect your computer against firmware attacks. Although users can bypass the above security feature to run Windows 11, Riot Games has not approved this.
While Windows 11 officially launches on October 5, the preview version has been around for several months, and the latest version of the operating system has brought a nasty surprise for Valorant players, especially those without TPM 2.0. installed.

Many users reported that they were affected while playing Valorant on Windows 11. Users received an error message stating that the current version of the Vanguard anti-cheat service (created by Riot) requires the system to activate TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot, then they were ” ejected” from the game.
The reason why Riot made the above installation requirement is because the “Trusted Platform Module” firmware system makes it much more difficult for players to cheat, banned hackers cannot immediately create new hardware IDs. Given the usefulness of TPM 2.0, game developers will most likely ask gamers to enable this chip. Riot may also implement the above privacy policy for Windows 10.
