Developer Midwinter Entertainment recently announced details on how players can participate in Scavengers Early Access when the game launches on PC tomorrow, April 28, 2021 local time.

Developed by veterans who have made shooting game brands like Halo, Battlefield, and Battlefront famous, Scavengers is expected to become a blockbuster in the gaming industry in 2021 when it is officially released. Scavengers takes players to a world undergoing an ice age due to meteorite impacts, causing major changes to the weather and climate. Players will form a team of 3 with their companions to find ways to survive, defeat other teams, and restore data points in a tactical battlefield that combines sandbox-style PvE and class-based PvP.

Players can experience Scavengers through Early Access after following these steps:

  • Create a game account and link it to your Twitch account (if you don’t have a Twitch account, you can create one HERE).​

  • Watch 30 minutes of live gameplay from any Scavengers broadcast

  • Confirm Twitch Drop and receive an email with the Scavengers unlock key (Twitch Drops event will be held for free during Early Access, starting at 2:00 pm on April 28, Vietnam time).

    Scavengers is set in a future world where meteor showers continually collide with Earth, causing the environment to change drastically and returning Earth to the Ice Age. As an explorer, the player must endure harsh climates, protect themselves from dangerous wild predators, and confront cunning enemies. Scavengers reminds players of many notable points of the game as follows:

    • Become a winner: To win a match, the player and his teammates must survive by destroying all AI and other player teams, while recovering the most data points. A team only loses when all 3 members are eliminated.​

    • Choose a browser carefully: Players have quite a few characters and adventurers to choose from. Each adventurer is equipped with unique skills, weapons and different powers to increase defense, agility, etc.​

    • Weapon Crafting: In addition to weapons that can be found randomly in the frozen wasteland, players can also create new weapons by crafting recipes.​
