The gameplay video for My Hero Academia: Ultra Rumble was released with confirmation of the beta testing phase in February. As planned, the game will be released on multiple platforms including PC via Steam.
Ultra Rumble belongs to the battle royale genre and is where 24 players are divided into 8 teams fighting for survival. Players can control heroes and villains from the My Hero Academia series. During the exploration of the map, the player can find hidden ability cards and encounter civilians, choosing to rescue or attack them will bring certain benefits to the team.
The PlayStation 4-specific beta will run from February 2-6, and as usual, it’s exclusive to the Japan region only. Playable characters from the beta include Deku, Bakugo, Uraraka, Todoroki, Tsuyu, All Might, Cementoss, Mt. Lady, Shigaraki, Dabi, Himiko Toga, and Mr. Compress.
My Hero Academia: Ultra Rumble will be released for free on Steam, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Switch this year.
