According to Japanese Twitter user @KONBUmaster, he was going to the riverbank that day to participate in a construction job here when he suddenly saw something floating towards him. After a closer look, it turned out to be a card from Yu-Gi-Oh, a few more cards like that followed. KONBUmaster quickly pulled them out of the water, although they were soaked and the edges were slightly curved, but overall they were still usable.
