After announcing the postponement in February due to the influence of ongoing events around the world, it seems that EA is ready to continue preparing to launch the mobile version of Apex Legends. In a post on Twitter, developer Respawn shared that the game is currently open for pre-registration.
Like other battle royale games on mobile phones (Fortnite and PUBG: Battlegrounds), Apex Legends Mobile will be a game with content similar to what players experience with the original on Console or PC. However, the developer has not confirmed the appearance of the entire cast of characters (Legends) in the mobile version, only a small group is introduced in the trailer. The game’s description promises that Apex Legends Mobile will be constantly updated with “players, modes, progressions, and parallel events to other platforms.” The game will also feature exclusive content, including characters and maps released exclusively for mobile devices.

Apex Legends isn’t the only battle royale title coming to mobile. Activision recently announced that their hit mobile FPS – Call of Duty: Warzone is in development.
