A bloody festival is coming up for vampire survival game V Rising, which means players will have the chance to experience the game for free this weekend. The event begins on October 28 and runs until November 1, during which time players can fully download and experience V Rising for free. On October 27, the game will also be added to Nvidia’s GeForce Now cloud gaming service.

Ahead of the event, developer Stunlock Studios will release a Halloween-themed DLC for V Rising called the Haunted Nights Castle Pack. This DLC includes a ton of new fashion items, lighting options, and furniture.

Furthermore, the game also received a new update today. The patch will make some balance and gameplay changes and introduce a new Mad Hunt preset mode for both PvE and PvP.
